Class Description: Freestyle Hatha Yoga

The intention of Freestyle Hatha yoga is to balance the body, the mind, the breath, and the spirit. Our program draws from traditional methods of yoga that come from India with classes structured in a way that is well suited for the modern western body. Modifications to safely enter into poses are provided for students who are new to yoga or that have physical limitations. Likewise for students who are ready to find a new edge and want to move deeper into poses.

Classes allow students to focus inward through a moving meditation leaving them feeling refreshed and balanced as their body and mind become still and focused, releasing the stresses of daily life. Yoga benefits all ages and body types and as you practice regularly, you will become stronger and more flexible, decreasing your overall risk of bodily injury.

Classes are one hour in length and all levels are welcome -
