Kickboxing is an exciting, high-intensity experience that combines elements of martial arts such as Muay Thai and Boxing to deliver the ultimate full body workout. The class consists of high energy cardio and strength building workouts that are further enhanced by detailed striking skills and combinations on  heavy bags, thai pads, and focus mitts.

For the advanced students, sparring sessions are also offered as a way to test and polish your skills for use in self defense along with being the best total body workout you can find.

Adult Kickboxing classes:

            Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am  & 6:15pm

            Saturday 11:30am

Youth Kickboxing classes:

            Saturday 10:00am
